An autonomous agent that manages DAO infrastructure, processes QR codes, files PRs, runs diagnostics, and executes approved actions on behalf of verified governors. Lives on EC2, works in Telegram.
The operational backbone. Every DAO action — contributions, inventory, sales, votes, credentialing — flows through Edgar as a signed event. No API keys, just RSA-2048 signatures.
POST /dao/submit_contributionMarket intelligence and sentiment analysis. Perch ingests daily news, extracts sentiment entities, and surfaces market signals to inform DAO strategy and treasury decisions.
